Would you like to make a difference to people and the world we live in? We don’t all have to be Greta Thunbergs to make an impact. Collectively if we start giving in little ways, the world can become a better place. So where can we start? Do you want to give but don’t know how?

The problem with giving lies in how we see ourselves and our state that affects our giving. Many people think they don’t have enough and focus on the lack instead of what they have and what they can give. Some of us are cynical about giving because giving hasn’t given us the impact we wish to see. We could also be burnt from giving because we were taken advantage of, or drained from giving. What kind of limitations in giving do you experience? 

More importantly, how can you avoid falling into these unhealthy cycles of giving? And how can you give genuinely and generously instead? Research has shown that people who give live longer and are happier. What if you could find ways of giving that are sustainable and help both you and the other person; ways that source you and make your life richer, and allow you to feel the abundance of life?
