Energy! More energy! We need it to get through the day’s work and have an abundance of it for other things we like to do. Feeling vibrant and full of energy is our natural state of being, yet why don’t we always feel plugged into this world of energy in and around us? What accounts for the life-force in us that we call vitality? Is our vitality a function of the foods we eat, exercise, a balanced lifestyle, rest, or something more? How do we maintain our zest for life and continually manifest vitality in our everyday life?
